Absolute disgusting customer service today!!!!

I used to shop there regularly but had to return an item recently. I was polite. It wasn't her fault it fell apart after 3 Washes. But she was so rude.Abused me for not having the receipt. Seriously who keeps all receipts .I told her the date from my debit card statement so she was able to pull it up, attached to my membership card, so she knew I'd bought it & when.But she wouldn't issue a refund because I didn't have the receipt. Surely their own computer records are even better than a receipt. You'd think.If she'd been nice, I wouldn't have minded so much, but I've never met a more bad tempered old lady in my life. She obviously hates her job, but at her age could be on the Pension. She probably should be.I'm sorry I disturbed her quiet day by going in there.So after lots of phone calls & being even more rude, she reluctantly gave me a gift voucher.I looked around while she glared angrily at me. Couldn't find anything & had to get back to work.So i left.Went in recently to see if I could spend it.Was looking at jeans that were a lot more than the voucher & accidentally leaned on the shelf where the folded up ones were. She came running over abusing me for touching the folded up ones I didn't actually, I just touched the shelf to steady myself as I looked down at the ones hanging up below.She didn't let up. More abuse, so I stormed out.Shopping there is just too unpleasant.I know there's a labour shortage, but hiring a bad tempered 80 year old seems a bit desperate.I won't even bother with the gift voucher, their stuff isn't very good quality anyhow & I won't be treated like that by any shop assistant.

It would be appreciated before posting on social media, please contact the Manager of Rockmans and speak directly, staff are trained and every customer have their own opinions? never judge anyone? staff always follow Rockmans policies and procedures as refund policy guidelines have changed since March 2022, the shelving in the store is unstable staff member was only doing her job to OHS standards protecting the customer from injury. In regards to Beme clothing lots of customers do not understand the sizing of the clothing and purchase then return why are the sizing so big? staff are just letting customers know? not shaming any customers in store. We value our customers , thankyou and if customers feel they have had a bad experience we would like to know and address the issue,we appreciate your feedback.

Was absolutely appalled today, the lady working was talking to a customer and pointed over to some clothes and said “those are size 20-24, those are very large” so loud making me and my family personally very uncomfortable to shop in a fat shaming negative environment. Seriously do better!

Brilliant service received from Liz at Ellenbrook store. Went out of her way to assist me. Very friendly and professional. Thank you. We need more like you.
