Woven Boutique Esperance

This shop is absolutely stuffed with beautiful, interesting clothes - there is so much to choose from. I had great service from the friendly and helpful ladies working there, and bought several pieces I adore. I thoroughly recommend it.

The buyer for this store has done an excellent job - the clothes and accessories are something you’d expect in a very fancy boutique in Perth at an incredibly reasonable price. The staff were also very welcoming. Can’t wait to come back.

Wow, what a shopping experience. Nice store and products, but absolutely disgusting customer service!!! Clearly did not want to be there! Didn’t greet anyone coming in, didn’t take any clothes to the change rooms. People entering the store were asking if still opened, and were answered back with “NO”. She then responded with, I’m meant to be in Perth. We apologized for holding her up and we’re given a very unfriendly and unhappy “it’s fine”. I’m assuming that she is probably the store owner and not an employee as there is no way an employee would get away with this kind of customer service and overall attitude. The one star is for the customer service, not the store itself. Shop visited on 14/1/23
